On November 25, vice mayor Chen Zhiliang met with Anna Grinvald, founder and CEO at GTS Group - Grinvald Footwear & Global Tooling Service, and her delegation.
At the meeting, Chen Zhiliang briefed the delegation on Changzhou as a historic and modern city embracing rapid technological development.
Chen noted that the China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park (CICP) –the first demonstration innovation park jointly built by the Chinese and Israeli governments – is now home to 155 wholly-owned Israeli or Sino-Israeli cooperative enterprises. These companies specialize in life science, intelligent manufacturing, environmental protection, new materials, and many other areas.
Marking Changzhou’s top-class manufacturing facilities, business environment, and government services, he invited GTS Group to launch a production center in Changzhou and explore more opportunities for win-win cooperation.
Anna Grinvald has started her career in Israel, where she managed the logistics of one of the biggest agricultural companies in Israel. In 2009, after moving to Dongguan, China, she started GTS Group. GTS Group focused on the manufacturing of precision plastics and stainless steel molds.
Grinvald stated that GTS Group is looking for a location in Jiangsu province to launch a production and sales center for biodegradable ecological materials. She looked forward to the cooperation with Changzhou in multiple areas such as environmental protection and intelligent manufacturing.
