The Sixth Silk Road International Exposition opened Sunday in Xi'an, the capital of northwest China's Shaanxi province. With a theme of strengthening interconnectivity and integration for common progress, shared benefits and win-win results, the expo has attracted participants from over 70 countries and regions, including the Republic of Korea, Thailand, and Singapore.
Changzhou also participated in the expo by organizing local exhibitors, including CZ XU Technology Co., Ltd., Senyi Innovation Center, and Jiangsu Jiangnan Xiyuan Graphene S&T Co., Ltd.
The expo also showcased achievements of the creative plush-toy industry in Ankang city of Shaanxi province supported by Changzhou, and the tea industry in Pingli county supported by Wujin district, as part of China’s east-west pairing-up program.
During the expo, Jiangsu provincial delegation held a press conference and signing ceremony. Twelve Changzhou-based enterprises, including Jiangsu Lihua Animal Husbandry, Youxian Daojia Agricultural Technology, Wanchuan Gardening, and Suhe Electronics, signed agreements with Hanbin, Ziyang, Langao, and Baihe in Ankang city as part of Changzhou’s pairing-up cooperation with Ankang.
