On the afternoon of January 22, China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park (CICP) held a collective signing ceremony virtually, in conformity with the COVID-19 protocols. Deputy Mayor Yang Fen attended the event and witnessed the signing.

During the ceremony, six key projects were signed to launch in the park, including the platform for fluorescent RNA sensor and real-time diagnosis, two Israeli-invested projects of Cognata and Sivolam, and other three high-tech programs.

Among them, the platform for fluorescent RNA sensor and real-time diagnosis will develop multiplex, real-time and quantitative nucleic acid extraction instruments and reagents based on Fluorescent RNAs (FRs), which will be supplied to research institutes at home and abroad, and the global market for rapid clinical diagnosis.

"The FRs project signed between Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI) and CICP is based on a game-changing technology which has a promising future," said JITIR’s Party Secretary Hu Yidong at the signing ceremony.
